- Overview
DZG series vacuum ribbon dryer is a high-efficiency and multi-functional fully enclosed vertical vacuum drying equipment integrating drying,crushing and powder mixing. Its drying efficiency is 3-5 times that of the "Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer" of the same specification. It can realize the entire process of closed and continuous operation. It is the preferred drying equipment for the above-mentioned industries.

1. Heat Conduction Heating System
(1) Jacketed Heat Medium Heating
The conical vessel is equipped with an external heating jacket, through which the following are circulated:
- Hot water
- Thermal oil
- Low-pressure steam
→ Heat is transferred to the material through the metal wall surface.
(2) Ribbon Agitation Heat Transfer
The rotating single helix ribbon simultaneously provides:
- Mixing function: Promotes three-dimensional material movement
- Heat transfer function: Direct contact between the metal ribbon surface and material enhances heat transfer
2. Vacuum Dehydration Mechanism
(1) Low-Pressure Evaporation
→ Enables rapid evaporation at low temperatures (especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials)
(2) Vapor Extraction
The vacuum pump continuously removes:
- Water vapor (condensed via condenser)
- Volatile solvents (optional recovery system)
- Working Principle
The machine consists of a heating cone with a heating jacket,and the heat source is hot water,heat transfer oil or low-pressure steam, so that the inner wall of the cone can maintain a certain temperature. The frequency conversion speed motor drives the single spiral belt agitator to rotate through the parallel helical gear reducer,and the animal material is rotated along the cone-shaped drum and lifted from bottom to top. After the material reaches the highest point,it will automatically flow back to the center of the vortex by gravity and inertia. At the bottom of the cone-shaped cylinder,the material is forced to be heated n the cone-shaped cylinder during the whole process,and the heat is diffused in the material by relative convection and mixing, so that the material can make an all-round irregular reciprocating movement, and the material is the same as a single spiral ribbon and cylinder. High-frequency heat transfer and exchange on the wall surface can achieve the effect of heating and drying in a short time. In this way,the water inside the material evaporates continuously. Under the action of the vacuum pump, the water vapor is drawn by the vacuum pump. If the liquid solvent needs to be recovered, it can be recovered by adding a condenser and a recovery liquid storage tank. After the drying is completed,open the lower discharge valve to discharge the material.

2. Smooth operation and protect crystal shape:
DZG series vacuum ribbon dryer does not use any auxiliary tools in the process of drying and mixing. It only uses the rotation of the conical stirring screw, which makes the material not only from the lifting of the stirring screw, but also continuous shearing and dispersion, ensuring the silo All materials inside can be fully moved, and the materials are not squeezed by any other external force except for the lifting of the propeller, avoiding the ineffective friction between the powder and the equipment and the powder crystal grains. Ineffective friction is often the main factor leading to the destruction of the crystal shape of the material. This is also the fundamental reason why DZG series single-cone vacuum ribbon drying can keep the crystal shape of the material intact during the operation.
3. The top drive eliminates the possibility of contamination of the product caused by the shaft seal:

4. Low cost of operating energy consumption and high mixing efficiency:
DZG series vacuum ribbon dryer is driven by a motor and has a unique design. The spiral driven by the motor's operation is used to lift the material, and there is no energy consumption used for cutting. DZG series single-cone vacuum ribbon drying provides a kind of conical spiral stirring. The entire stirring paddle moves circularly around the axis of the conical silo to ensure that the materials in different parts of the entire container can be stirred. The mixing process gradually lifts the material at the bottom of the silo to the upper part of the container, and then naturally falls from it, and so on. This mixing mode enables the materials in the container to be fully and uniformly mixed, eliminates the possibility of material agglomeration during the drying process, and greatly improves the mixing and drying efficiency of the materials. And it has the advantages of a wide range of processing capacity and low energy consumption per unit mass
