Glue Making Machine
The glue making machine can be matched with 10000m3~300000m3 per year wood based panel plant (UF for plywood, particleboard and MDF) and furniture factory (UF and MF for furniture paper and floor paper impregnation), HPL factory (MF and PF for surface paper and core paper impregnation), building template factory (PF for phenolic paper).

1, Capacity of reactor: 3-50 tons
2, Type of reactor: inner pipe type, outer semi-pipe type and board type large reactor
3, The reactor is featured with high heat exchange efficiency, high pressure resistance, little welding deformation, easy agitating and less energy consumption (under the same heat exchange area, it saves more than 40% energy consumption compared with the ordinary reactor with the cooling speed being improved for about two times)
4, The whole system can be configured with infeed control and reaction control. The full-automatic control technology of the human-computer interface greatly improves the adhesive quality and stability and reduces the labor strength.
5, Heat exchange mode
Mode 1: use inner coil and diversion ring for drainage and match with jacket with the heat exchange efficiency higher than 93%
Mode 2: without jacket; inner heating and cooling use tubular heat exchanger with the heat exchange efficiency higher than 93%
6, Temperature control mode
Use multipoint temperature control system capable of actually measuring the temperature condition in the reactor, well realizing the pre-fixed reaction curve of temperature, time and PH, detecting preinstall online and achieving the standard of E1 and E2 glue.
7, Agitating mode
Use double-speed and screw pull-type agitating device to make the liquid have two functions of up-and-down turning and circle rotation in order to evenly agitate the liquid in the whole reactor.
8, Sampling device
Use compressed air circulatory sampling device. The ordinary mechanical pump is inconvenient to be used because of easy block and motor burnout.
