The short-cycle lamination line is widely used in the industries of wood processing, building material decoration, etc., applying to lamination processing of particleboard, MDF and melamine impregnated paper and lamination processing of high-strength laminate flooring aluminum oxide wear-resisting paper.

Product features
1, The hot press adopts frame structure and overhead hydraulic cylinder. The machine is also equipped with variable frequency timing in-feeding conveyor and out-feeding roller frame or automatic out-feeding device. The machine is controlled by PLC and the advantage is easy operation, convenient installation and maintenance, little land occupation, low cost and high yield (1200 pieces/day). We can equip with in-feeding and forming board device, automatic out-feeding suction carrier, secondary cycling temperature control system, variable frequency save-electricity system, cooler etc according to the user's requirements. We can also provide other accessories such as all kinds of cushion mat, stainless steel mould plate, etc.
