Description

The TPZK series vacuum rake dryer is a new type of horizontal intermittent vacuum drying equipment. Wet materials undergo conduction evaporation in this vacuum rake dryer, while a scraper agitator continuously removes material from the inner wall and pushes it through the container to form a circulating flow. Evaporated water is then extracted by the vacuum pump.

 

This vacuum rake dryer adopts a large-area sandwich heating method, featuring an extensive heat transfer surface and high thermal efficiency. Equipped with a stirring mechanism, this vacuum dryer enables materials to form a continuous circulation flow within the cylinder, further improving the uniformity of heat exposure. Consequently, the dryer facilitates efficient drying processes for paste-like, cream-like, and slurry materials. Vacuum rake dryer is simple to operate, and material loading/unloading achieves great convenience.

 

This dryer significantly reduces labor intensity for workers while minimizing environmental contamination during the drying process. The dryer improves product quality and complies with the requirements of the pharmaceutical "GMP" standards.
