Hot press for short cycle lamination supplied by us with close frames, high quality cylinders and solid steel hot platens can provide excellent pressure distribution and uniform temperature distribution.
Board sizes range:
Width from 1,220 to 2440mm
Length from 2,440mm to 5,600mm
Top overhead oil tank and hydraulic cylinder are used in the hot press, so the time for hot press closing process is greatly shortened and the capacity of hot press can be increased at the same time.
The mechanical cycle includes pressure releasing, press opening, loading/unloading, press closing and pressure building up.
With PLC controls, the function of Short Cycle Laminating Line can be realized and managed successfully;
The process of communication between equipment and man are all disposed by the PLC controls, all helping to achieve high reliability and flexibility of production;
The PLC controls are from Siemens, Omron or any other brand as per customers' requirements;
A central control panel with touch screen, located near the equipment, is used for easy operating and reliable fault diagnosis.
