The TPYZ Vacuum Dryer is a kind of static vacuum dryers. This dryer processes materials under vacuum conditions with heating. A vacuum pump evacuates moisture and air, creating a vacuum within the working chamber. This vacuum dryer accelerates the drying rate of the materials and saves energy.When equipped with a condenser, solvents contained within the materials can be recovered. If the solvent is water, the condenser can be omitted, saving energy. This dryer is suitable for the low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are prone to decomposition, polymerization, and deterioration at high temperatures. The vacuum dryer can be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and electronics industries.
1. Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material solution is lowered, increasing the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Consequently, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be reduced for a given heat transfer requirement.
2. The heat source for evaporation can utilize low-pressure steam or waste steam. Heat loss from the evaporator is minimal.
3. The dryer can be sterilized before drying. The drying process has no impurities, meeting GMP requirements.
4. As a static vacuum dryer, the physical form of the material won't be damaged. Top plate heating can be added to prevent condensation on the top plate (anti-condensation). The drainage device allows accumulated water inside the chamber to be drained immediately during operation.
