Product Description

Introduction:

TPBC Brush self-cleaning filter (TPBC Filter for short), is the high efficiency brushing self-cleaning filter, removing impurities particles on the filter element surface by mechanical brushing and continuously filtering on-line. TPBC filter is designed for fine and accurate filtration ranging from 50-500 micron. It can avoids extruding and breaking the impurities and is capable of the filtration for water and viscous liquid.

Products are widely used in water treatment, paper-making, petroleum, bio-pharmaceuticals, printing ink, grease, food and beverage, etc.

Working principle:

Liquid enters from bottom flange, passes through filter screen from inside to outside, and impurities were deposited inside surface of the screen

Control type: pressure difference, time and manual

Pressure dif. control:

when liquid flow through the filter, impurities would be accumulated in the filter surface gradually, which cause the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet pipes. When the difference reach the setting value, normally 0.5 bar, it triggers the self-cleaning process: drain valve opens, motor starts running which drive brush shaft spinning and brushes cleaning, impurities removed from screen surface were discharged from drain outlet. And when the difference decrease to setting value, stop cleaning. The whole process normally last 15-60 seconds, system continuously filtering while self-cleaning.

Time control: pre-set a self-cleaning countdown, when countdown to zero, it triggers the self-cleaning process, system continuously filtering while self-cleaning.

Manual control:

manually start/stop control of the self-cleaning process, system continuously filtering while self-cleaning.
