Product Description
The machine is a high-tech mechanical-electrical integration product and can be designed according to customers' required specifications. In respect to the design, it adopts international advanced PLC control system, the screen slot and roller speed can be regulated at will within specified range by intuitive figures shown on the display screen, it's easy and convenient to operate.
The roundness of the wire wrapped screen produced by our equipment can reach ± 0.06mm and it filtration accuracy(screen slot) can reach 10 µm.
The equipment is mainly used to produce screen pipes. The products are widely used in sieve plate industry, water treatment of large wastewater treatment plants, sediment separation of large pipelines, petroleum, papermaking, chemical industry, natural gas, food, sugar liquid, starch, beer, water treatment, sand control of water wells and other industries.

1. Medium-frequency inverter DC resistance welding control power
Medium-frequency inverter DC resistance welding control power is: first three-phase alternating current becomes rectified alternating current through rectification circuit, then become medium-frequency square wave connected into transformer by inverter circuit made up of power switching elements; after voltage reduction, rectified into small pulsating DC power supply to electrode to weld the working pieces. Inverter usually adopts current feedback pulse width modulation (PWM) to obtain stable constant current output.
2. Compared with traditional SCR resistance welding machine
1)Three-phase balanced load
Three-phase load balancing to reduce the power requirements of the power supply system, not causing sharply overload to any single phase, meet the requirements of preferential electricity tariff.
2)Power factor close to 1
No inductance component, no need to regulate the power factor. Compared with traditional 50Hz SCR resistance welding machine, the efficiency increased by 30% than the previous 60%. Thus, power force cost of product welding reduces remarkably.
3)It eliminates power supply pollution, as it's clean welding without providing power separately.
4) Power consumption reduction, energy saving, meeting demand of Chinese environmental friendly requirement
It has low requirement for workshop power demand, only 2/3 of the traditional SCR rectification resistance welding machine, so as to reduce cable demand and relevant expenses. As the effective value of welding current largely increased, the actual welding time can be decreased above 20%, and meanwhile largely reduce the welding pressure demand.
- Compared with AC transformer
Only 1/3 of AC transformer in mass and volume, it's light and convenient, improves heat input efficiency; welding transformer output DC voltage without inductive disturbing; pure DC without zero-crossing disturbing; largely increases thermal efficiency; its special return circuit protects inverter and transformer.
4. Compared with traditional resistance welding
1) More accurate welding control current
Inverter system is almost not affected by power supply system, even under net voltage fluctuation ±15%, the welding current precision can be controlled within 2%; not affected by working piece shapes and materials (no inductance loss); regulation precision and monitoring precision are 20 times higher than those of traditional AC system.
2) More stable welding process
DC welding is process friendly, and has wider use prospect than AC; the secondary current can truly maintain a constant current.
