  2. Machinery Operating Procedure :
Hot air enters the XSG Spin Flash Dryer (also called a rotary flash dryer) at the bottom, creating a spinning airflow. Wet paste material is fed in and instantly broken apart by the dryer's high-speed agitator.
Inside the flash drying chamber, hot air violently tosses and separates the particles. Larger wet chunks stay at the bottom for more crushing, while dry fine powder gets carried upward. The spinning motion makes drying incredibly fast and efficient.
Fully dried powder is collected by the cyclone and filters, while exhaust air is safely removed. The XSG dryer's smart design ensures no material is wasted - any damp particles get recycled for more drying.
