TPQP Food-Safe Air Spray Dryer 

Product Introduction

The pneumatic nozzle atomizer (also called an air-assist nozzle) in systems like the TPQP Food-Safe Air Spray Dryer features a structurally simple design. It efficiently atomizes both low- and high-viscosity feed liquids, offering broad applicability. This process typically yields fine particles (5-30 μm) and operates across a wide parameter range. However, its significant drawback is high energy consumption due to compressed air requirements. Consequently, it is primarily deployed for atomizing and drying high-viscosity liquids or large-molecular-weight organic solutions.

Within the TPQP Food-Safe Air Spray Dryer, heated air enters the drying chamber. Feed liquids are atomized into fine droplets via a two-fluid (or three-fluid) nozzle directly into this hot air stream. Rapid heat exchange occurs between the droplets and hot air, evaporating moisture/solvent from the material. The exhaust system then removes vapor-laden air, leaving a dry powder product.

Working principle
Heated clean air enters the TPQP Food-Safe Air Spray Dryer's chamber, where feed material is atomized into fine droplets via integrated two-fluid (or three-fluid) nozzles. Within the turbulent hot air stream, rapid heat exchange occurs, evaporating moisture/solvent from the droplets. The vaporized media are then discharged with exhaust air, yielding free-flowing powdered products.
