TPHD Vaccum Paddle Dryer

Overview

The TPHD Vacuum Paddle Dryer consists of two intermeshing paddle shafts, a W-shaped jacketed shell, base frame, and transmission system. The entire sludge drying process operates under fully enclosed conditions, with organic volatile gases and odorous emissions conveyed to exhaust treatment equipment within the sealed system, effectively preventing environmental pollution.
This advanced paddle dryer is specifically designed for indirect heating/cooling of paste-like, granular, powdery, and slurry materials. The TPHD Vacuum Paddle Dryer can perform multiple unit operations including drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, and chemical reactions. Its unique wedge-shaped heat-transfer paddles provide superior thermal efficiency and self-cleaning functionality on heat exchange surfaces.

Function of Hollow Flight Dryer:  The Sludge Dryer can dry sludge with over 80% moisture into 10%-30% moisture sludge.

Drying Principle:

1. Heat Transfer

Hot medium (steam/thermal oil) circulates through hollow paddles, indirectly heating the material via metal walls.

1. Mixing & Conveying

Rotating paddles continuously stir, compress, and advance the material, ensuring full contact with heated surfaces.

1. Moisture Evaporation

Material moisture evaporates under heat, with vapor removed via exhaust system. Dried product discharges at the outlet.
