Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer Introduction
The material enters through the feed inlet of the fluid bed dryer, where vibrational forces propel it forward in a continuous horizontal motion.Hot air flows upward through the fluidized bed dryer, exchanging heat with the wet material. Moist-laden air exits through the discharge outlet after dust removal via a cyclone separator. Dried material is discharged through the outlet chute of the dryer.

Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer Advantages 
1. The material is heated evenly through the dryer, the heat exchange is sufficient, the dryer's intensity is high, and vibrating fluid bed dryers save about 30% energy compared with ordinary dryers.
2. The vibration source is driven by a vibration motor, which runs smoothly, is easy to maintain, has low noise and long service life.
3. The fluidization of vibrating fluid bed dryer is stable, without dead corners and blow-through phenomena. The bed opening form and opening rate are crucial. The final moisture and output can be controlled by amplitude and feed amount.
4. Good adjustability and wide adaptability.
5. Vibrating fluid bed dryer has little damage to the surface of the material and can be used to dry fragile materials. Irregular material particles do not affect the working effect. It is significantly better than the fluidized bed.
