Product Description

TPZL Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer

Introduction
The material enters through the feed inlet of the fluid bed dryer, where vibrational forces propel it forward in a continuous horizontal motion.Hot air flows upward through the fluidized bed dryer, exchanging heat with the wet material. Moist-laden air exits through the discharge outlet after dust removal via a cyclone separator. Dried material is discharged through the outlet chute of the dryer.

Application
1. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals:Vibrating fluid bed dryers can be applied in tablet granules, xylose, succinic acid, xylitol, mannitol, Boric acid, borax, hydroquinone, malic acid, maleic acid.
2. Food Products: Alcohol, monosodium glutamate (MSG), granulated sugar, casein, Chicken bouillon powder, table salt, slag residue, fermented bean paste, seeds.
3. Additional Functions: Vibrating fluid bed dryers can be used in material cooling and Humidification
