The entire sludge drying process operates under fully enclosed conditions, with organic volatile gases and odorous emissions conveyed to exhaust treatment equipment within the sealed system, effectively preventing environmental pollution. This advanced paddle dryer is specifically designed for indirect heating/cooling of paste-like, granular, powdery, and slurry materials. The TPHD Vacuum Paddle Dryer can perform multiple unit operations including drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, and chemical reactions. Heat Transfer

Mixing & Conveying
Rotating paddles continuously stir, compress, and advance the material, ensuring full contact with heated surfaces.
Moisture Evaporation
Material moisture evaporates under heat, with vapor removed via exhaust system. Dried product discharges at the outlet.
