QPG Air Stream Spray Dryer

Product introductions
The atomizer in a pneumatic spray dryer, also known as a pneumatic nozzle, generally features a relatively simple structure. It can atomize both low-viscosity and high-viscosity feed liquids, offering a wide range of applications. The resulting particles are typically fine, generally ranging from 5 to 30 micrometers, and it has a wide operating range. However, its drawback is also evident: the power consumption of the compressed air used for atomization is significant. It is primarily used for the atomization and drying of high-viscosity feed liquids or organic liquids with large molecular weights.        

Heated clean air enters the drying tower. Inside the tower, various feed liquids are atomized into fine droplets using a two-fluid (or three-fluid) nozzle within the hot air stream. These droplets undergo rapid heat exchange with the hot air, evaporating the water (or solvent) from the liquid material. The evaporated moisture is carried away by the hot air and exhausted, resulting in a powdered product.

Application
Amino acids, seasonings, proteins, milk powder, blood meal (pig), soy sauce powder, tea powder, glucose, potassium sorbate, flavors and fragrances, etc.
Pharmaceuticals: Vitamins, traditional Chinese medicine, antibiotics, etc.
Chemicals: Disperse dyes, reactive dyes, organic catalysts, fumed silica, laundry detergent, potassium carbonate, potassium phosphate, various waste liquids, etc.
