Product Introduction

Mechanical rotary-brush screen is a typical fine screen cleaning machine, which is suitable for fine water filtration in urban sewage, waterworks, power plants, textiles leather, pharmaceutical, food, paper making and other water intakes. The device has reasonable structure and caneffectively removesmallsuspendedorganisms and impurities n water. The smallest slot size can be 0.02mm.

The equipment is mainly composed of frame, main shaft, transmission mechanism, wedge wire filter screen, slag brush, traction chain, etc.

Working Principle

After it's driven by the motor, the sprocket and the chain move by the deceleration of the reducer, and the slag brush fixed on the chain sweeps the dirt on the surface of the filter screen from the bottom to top under the traction of the chain, and then unloads the slag through discharge port. Small amount of dirt attached to the plate brush is removed by the rotating round brush to complete the separation process;The dirt in the water is intercepted when the liquid passes through the wedge wire filter, and the liquid flows through the gap ofthe wedge filter, the entire running process continuously circulate.
