Introduction

Mechanical Bar Screen Grille Cleaner is a typical fine screen filter cleaning machine, which is suitable for fine filtration in urban sewage, waterworks, power plants, textile, leather, pharmacy, food, paper making and other industries. The device has reasonable structure and can effectively remove fine suspended organisms and impurities in water. The smallest slot size can be 0.02mm.

The equipment is mainly composed of frame, main shaft, transmission mechanism, wedge wire screen, slag cleaning brush, traction chain, etc.

Working principle

Driven by motor, the chain wheel and the chain move under the deceleration of reducer, and the slag cleaning brush fixed on the chain sweeps the dirt on the surface of the filter screen from the bottom to top by the traction of the chain, and then unloads the slag through discharge opening, small amount of dirt attached to the brush is removed by the screw, that's a complete running process. The dirt in the water is intercepted when the liquid passes through the screen, and the liquid flows through the slots of the screen and the entire running process continuously circulate.
