The Closed-Loop Circulation Spray Dryer operates in a sealed environment, using inert nitrogen gas as the drying medium. This system is ideal for drying materials containing organic solvents, toxic gases, or those prone to oxidation. The Closed-Loop Circulation Spray Dryer utilizes nitrogen to circulate and protect the dried material. The circulating gas undergoes moisture loading and dehumidification, allowing the medium to be reused. Nitrogen is heated before entering the drying tower, where liquid materials are atomized into droplets by a centrifugal nozzle. In the Closed-Loop Circulation Spray Dryer, heat and mass transfer occur, with the dried powder discharged from the tower's base. Organic solvent gas is drawn out under negative pressure, separated by a cyclone separator and air scrubber, and condensed back into liquid form. Non-condensable gases are continuously heated and reused as the drying medium in the Closed-Loop Circulation Spray Dryer, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable drying.

Working principle of Closed-Loop Circulation Spray Dryer
The Closed-Loop Circulation Spray Dryer uses inert nitrogen gas (N2) as the drying medium in a sealed environment, ideal for drying materials with organic solvents or those prone to oxidation. Nitrogen is heated, then atomizes liquid materials into droplets. In the drying tower, moisture is evaporated, and the dried powder is discharged. Solvent gases are extracted, separated, condensed, and non-condensable gases are reused. Unlike traditional systems, this dryer operates under positive pressure, maintaining constant conditions for consistent drying, making it suitable for pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and lithium battery materials.
